The feisty ghast - more Ghastling evolutions

The current happy ghast inclusion is looking quite lonely for a happy balloon friend, and the ghastling could use some variation to add more utility, so to make the ghastling less of a "one and done" feature, I'd suggest an alternative evolution: the Feisty Ghast.

[Concept]

  • The Feisty Ghast could be a smaller, albeit energetic Ghast that occurs when a Ghastling is fed Glowstone or redstone.
  • once it evolves, the player could fill its mouth with glowstone/redstone (up to 16 shots) to shoot at mobs the player attacks as glowstone/redstone charges, inflicting either glowing (Glowstone) or a new energized effect, which makes anyone inflicted capable of conducting redstone like a piece of redstone dust.
  • It follows its owner unless right clicked, but also could be assigned to the left or right seat of the happy Ghast unless a player is currently occupying that spot, acting as a mountable cannon you can aim and shoot.
  • To balance, it only has 15 HP and can draw hostile mobs' attention, so in fights or encounters against mobs like wardens, strays, or (especially) evokers, these guys may need some help.

    For those who enjoy the concept of the Feisty Ghast, there are two other Nether suggestions by the same person that aim to give two other aspects of the dimension just as much love as the Ghast.


    Having trouble hunting Ghasts for their tears? - consider mining some quartz to craft Quartz tools to pull them in while blocking off those nasty fireballs.

    Need a walking torch that can help you see in the dark and guard your back while mining? - the Cinder might be your second best friend (just be sure to keep them lit).
