Sky Anchor

The new happy ghast will be very useful for making things such as skybases, but there is still one problem: how do you place the first block without towering up? Because of this I suggest the Sky Anchor (I will change it if there is a better name idea). Unlike other blocks, it will be placable in the air with no support block. I do not have an idea for the crafting recipe yet, but it should be mid to late game - feel free to add your suggestions in the comments :)
