The New Friendly Ghast Is Too Big

The adult fully grown Friendly Ghast should still be smaller than the wild one , otherwise it might be too easy to confuse, for me if I saw one on a server I would think it just slipped out of a portal and I would immediately try to run away or to solve the issue. Not knowing it might be someone's beloved pet.

    I think that might be why the harness looks so friendly. To be honest tho, the unharnessed happy ghast does look nearly identical to the ghast. In time, we will probably come to look for the smile before firing. In the meantime, it will have double health, so at least it might survive the accidental attack.
