One of the biggest challenges for Minecraft players is transferring their worlds between devices. Currently, if a player starts a world on PC and wants to continue on a console or mobile device, they must rely on manual backups, external storage, or complicated transfer methods.
A dedicated cloud save system would solve this issue. By linking worlds to a Microsoft account, players could seamlessly sync their progress across platforms. Upon exiting a world, it would automatically update in the cloud, ensuring the latest version is available on any device. Additionally, there would be an option to manually upload or restore previous saves in case of accidental changes or data loss.
This feature would allow players to switch between platforms effortlessly, prevent world loss due to device failures, and provide automatic backups for added security.
