Harness goggles need to be edited: too uncanny and goofy

Currently the happy ghast just looks way too goofy and off-putting with the goggles. I've seen art of the ghast with harness on and the goggles look kind of decent, but currently the way it looks in game is not that good.  I think the issue is they're too high up on the face, over detailed and not see-through.  I think the goggles could work with more modifications but I wouldnt mind if they were just taken out completely either.

    Yeah they have their eyes closed anyways. Maybe it could be a option but we should be able to just have the harness without it

    Yes I agree, the googles look very goofy, like something from an addon we don't want as vanilla. and please take away the stirrups and make the texture size match the old ghast?

    No they're cute

    I just want the textures to be low res instead of high res which makes them uncanny

    Make the goggles transparent, and have the happy ghast's eyes become more open when the goggles are down.

    Also, I think the recipe should have tinted glass instead of regular glass

    The texture is also a little off. The saddle should preferably match or be similar to the current texture/design of the horse, pig, and strider saddles. Of course they could still be dyed but the dying should match the style seen in leather armor and wolf armor.

    Mojang, please leave the goggles as they are, you did a great job, it doesn't get any better than that!

    Happy ghasts should have a 3D texture for their goggles.(it REALLY looks like a cardboard)

    This would make them look BETTER.

    By the way, when will doors and trapdoors get 3D textures for their gaps? Seriously 😶, even bed legs have 3D textures NOW.

    Actually, I think the goofyness fits minecraft perfectly. I do agree that they should be somewhat transparent, however.

    I agree with this. They should take away the goggles and leave the harness. Plus, they could add armor to it like horses.

    It looks like the leather texture is from Sphax's PureBD resourcepack.

    Why not simply use the saddle?

    Heavily agree on this. Being able to craft a harness without the glass is just so simple and easy. pls mojang add this. Just imagine you are going to war with this goofy ghast

    Yes yes yes. Their whole expression is weird. I feel like I’m playing Blues Clues when I see the ghast. Also, it’s kind of obnoxiously noisy.

    They should do something similar like the gray carpet llama; as a middle ground between those that want it and don't want it.
