Remove the "Tear Stains" under the Happy Ghast's eyes

The Happy Ghast is such a fun idea for Minecraft, but since it's so happy, I don't think it should look like it's been crying as the other ghasts are. Lets dry its tears and let the happy ghast be forever happy!

  Tears of joy. But it could be removed due to misconceptions. 🙃
