Addon Information Screen

Minecraft add-ons currently have a problem with information books. While they are helpful, the information could (and should) be stored elsewhere. If would be extremely helpful if we had a dedicated screen, kinda like the "how to play" screen, where we can have tabs for different mods to store the information they need. This would remove the need for tutorial books, and would allow players to look up stuff about their add-ons in a fly without needing to find/create their books.
