Let’s talk about the new Bedrock flat world presets!

We are excited to announce the addition of flat world presets to Bedrock, edging us closer to parity with Java edition. You can now select from some very special presets for your completely flat world:

  • Classic Flat
  • Tunnelers' Dream
  • Water World
  • Overworld
  • Snowy Kingdom
  • Bottomless Pit
  • Desert
  • Redstone Ready


There's still some things to come, like The Void preset, and we want to develop the future of flat worlds together with you, the community! We’d love to hear your thoughts on this, let us know in the comments — what do you think?

    Queria uma tinta de todas as cores, e texturas, pra pintar a casa do lado de fora de uma cor ,e o de dentro de outro tom. Como funciona, coleta corante de qualquer cor e colocar um balde também e pegar o pincel, o mesmo que escava a areia e pega um item. E quando crafitar. Use balde de tinta coloque-o no chão e pinta a casa e também as escadas. Gostaram da ideia?

    Queria que adicionasse as estações ano no Minecraft, ficaria lindo com paisagens no outono, com folhas laranjas caiando no chão lentamente e com as folhas típicas do Canadá.

    Inverno, com neve caindo do céu cinza claro e neve sobre plantas e no chão, e dias sem nevasca e dias com neve e áreas costeiras congeladas para patinar.

    Primavera, com flores de tirar o fôlego, com coloração das flores parecidas dos Países Baixos.

    Verão, uma estação quente, e palmeiras nas linhas costeira do lindo mar azul necessário beber água e não se desidratar.

    This is a very good feature but make it so that players can create the entire world with layers themselves (flat world)

    Why don't they add villages in a flat world like in Java? It's a challenge I often do in Java, but Bedrock is missing the villages.

    Hola.. llevo probando los nuevos mundos planos durante aproximadamente 2 dias y me gustaron mucho.. se acabaron esos dias de hacer construcciones solo en el suelo.. me gustaría que hubiera una opción para personalizar tus mundos planos.. asi como en java escuché... eso y que pudiera elegir la altura igualmente.. pero muy buena adición y creo que yo siendo un jugador que juega mayoritariamente en creativo, lo disfrutaré mucho.

    Me gusta la idea de las distintas formas de crear el mundo, lo único que no me gusta es que no encuentro la forma (creo que no se puede), de que en el mundo se generen las estructuras que ya existen en un mundo normal y los minerales, como lo es o lo era en java, no lo sé ya que no uso Java desde el 2015, he querido jugar un mundo extraplano con mis hijos pero no fue tan divertido jaja. Saludos
