can you please add gecko's to minecraft?

Today is my gecko's first birthday and ever since I got him I wanted them in the game! Also if you ever end up adding them to the game can you do the thing like when you name a sheep Jeb_ it turns rainbow or when you name a rabbit toast, could you make it so that if you name the gecko Leonardo or Leo (that's my gecko's name) it turns into Leo's color pallet?
