Check the weather with the command

Since there is no way to check the weather with the command, wouldn't it be better to make a command like this? Use "testforweather" as the command name. An example of a syntax is "/testforweather rain". If you use the above command, it will succeed if it rains, but it will fail if it is sunny or thunderstorms.

Maybe /weather query would be better wording since /time query exists?
