Combine wind charges with arrows to make them fly permanently

Imagine finding trial chambers is more necessary because of these creatures (breeze) that drop their staffs, you convert them to wind charges, somehow you combine it on the table and now you have arrows that reach as far as you want, maybe they can only be put in crossbows but this would make it possible to attack from a ridiculous distance, however the volatility of the arrow would not change when flying.
