The Scorched Tree

So heres an idea for a tree that would provide black planks it would be called the scorched tree or something like that it would most likely apear in the nether in certian biomes like the basalt deltas and nether wastes when natturally acurring it would almost always be fallen but when grown it would be upright

    what if their are rear baches of burned trees in oak, tiger, snowy bioms and more even burned leaves or leave litter even or even ash piles.

    that's a great idea! 
    the wood would have to withstand lava and not burn. on the other hand, it's very easy to break and gives 1/20 chance of giving an effect for 8 seconds, making the player cough and partially close his eyes as if he had smoke and dust in his eyes. our speed would also be reduced by 10%.
