Berries you can eat when not Hungry(For Combat)

in combat good players often eat a few golden apples to get saturation for healing.

what if you could eat berries(Sweet and Glow) when you have full hunger to get saturation for healing?

for anyone that doesn't know about Saturation it is what heals you if you have full hunger.

this would mean if you where dying say to fire/lava/wither and you had full hunger you could eat a berry and you'd start healing.

    But a potion of regeneration does the same thing. And does it better!

    that is true but this would work with regen and be cheaper. then again i can see why this won't be added as it doesn't really add anything
