copper to make rails

The rails are a forgotten and unused method of transportation, the horse is by far the best and not to mention the boat on ice.

One way to encourage their use is to change the materials needed to make the rails, the idea is to change the iron for copper, making its creation cheaper and obviously we solve another problem (the excessive amount of copper we have and do not use).
