Revamped Item Smelting

When you smelt armor like iron armor, make it turn into an iron ingot instead of a nugget. The reason for this change is to allow for diamond armor to be smelted into a diamond so that you can get diamonds in many other ways, such as from villager trading. With tools, they should not be smelt-able to prevent recycling shovels back into another shovel with just 2 sticks. This way, diamond armor has more uses and villager trades can be more useful.
