Custom Job Blocks

As of right now, in minecraft bedrock job blocks seem to be hardcoded into the game. This means add on creators can't make their own job blocks for custom villagers, or modify the vanilla professions' job blocks. Making job blocks part of the villagers' .json file could open up possibilities for all sorts of villager mods!
