Cooler wandering traders

Make wandering traders that can spawn in caves, the nether, and the end. They can sell you useful items based on where they spawned. For example, a wandering trader that spawns in the nether can sell you fire resistance potions, obsidian, flint and steel, a map to the nearest fortress, etc. If they spawned in the end, they can give you slow falling potions, food, or maybe a stack of cobblestone. Or if they spawned in a cave, they can give you a water bucket, enchanted iron pickaxe, spectral arrows, a map to a dungeon, or a night vision potion. You could also sell them items that can be found in these locations. Maybe the trader outfit could be changed based on their spawning location, too.

I like the idea of cave wandering traders, but I think just adding the rascal back with new function would be better.

I think the wandering trader might be a bit out of place in the Nether. Maybe there could be some sort of piglin trader, who uses gold ingots as a currency instead.
