Thunder staff

"Had an idea for Minecraft, a thunder staff, where when you scroll across to the space where you put the thunder staff then when you press ZL on the Switch then a thunder storm will happen, and I had an idea for how to make thunder staff, so you can only make it on the crafting table so you have to have a lightning rod, and a stick like this.
