Howling wolf

Howling is the identity of wolves. You can see wolves howling in various works. Minecraft wolves should howl too.

    There were actually plans to have wolves howl at the full moon all the way back in 2010, with a howl sound effect existing in the game's files up until 25w08a. Not sure why they never got around to including it.
