Spawn Eggs in Survival mode

Spawn eggs should be made available in survival mode. Like we could take 9 chicken eggs to craft one special one and then add some rare items to it to make an egg which when thrown at the mob (e.g Creeper) gets trapped in the egg WHICH CAN ONLY BE USED ONCE.
