[Bedrock Parity] Shorn dyed sheep color to Java Edition

Add shorn and dyed sheep wool color to be consistent with Java Edition to the newest planned minecraft update. Otherwise it's going to be missed opportunity.

Alternatively remove this from Bedrock and make it parity on Bedrock instead.

    I'm a Java player but I like the colors of the Bedrock sheep. If one sheep version were to change, it would be better if the Java sheep matched the Bedrock ones and not the other way around. However, I don't think this change is very important. If sheep stay as they are in both versions, I won't mind. Undoing sheep colors matching the biome they're in feels way more important. Another user explains it better in their own post.
