dull arrows

Flint is hard to come by. The only methot to get them (that i know of) is by gravel-- and they only have a slim chance of dropping unless you have the fortune enchantment. As a minecraft archer myself, i find it hard to make arrows, especially when when mobs die with them, they don't re-drop. So this suggestion makes it so they do-- but with a cost. Dull Arrows. Basically arrows but weaker, and they only drop when you kill mobs with arrows... PLEASEE
