Variants for goats

Warm goats spawn in Wooded badlands & Windswept savanna. Temperate goats spawn in stony peaks. Cold goats (default) would spawn same (mountains).

    Goat only spawn in 1 place it it should not change

    I like this idea! In the real world, goats are often known for being farm animals in various environments, so making the ones in Minecraft only mountain goats doesn't feel right.

    Goats don't need varients based on bioms, they only spawn in mountains. But i like the idea of more retextured goats tho.

    Also, villagers should be able to keep goats as livestock.
