Repeating events to get capes

Many people have missed their cape for various reasons, sometimes due to circumstances beyond their control. You don't need to make events like MCC 15 and the Eerie Mojang Office party so rare. Split the flow of people properly. There will be fewer connection issues. More people will be able to get the cape slowly. You will have a constant online for a longer period of time. People will write less to customer service about the cape. Sometimes you can hold repeat events when we have a lull in the news.

    In fact, there should be permanent event servers for capes. All the event servers where you could get a cape from should be brought back and made permanent.
