I suggest adding a new mechanic to Minecraft – separate hitboxes for each piece of player armor, similar to those of the Ender Dragon. This would make combat more tactical and realistic, adding more depth to both PvP and PvE.
How it could work:
- Each piece of armor (helmet, chestplate, leggings, boots) would have its own hitbox.
- Hits to different body parts with varying armor would be calculated separately.
- For example, if a player doesn’t have a helmet, attacks to the head would deal more damage.
I believe this mechanic would make combat in Minecraft more engaging and add a new layer of depth to armor usage. Thank you for your attention!
