Underground Dinosaur world

My son would like a large underground cave with trees and vegetation and dinosaurs wondering around inside.  The biome would be peaceful with one boss to battle with a weapon drop.

    I like the idea of hollow earth, but I don't think it fits very well. maybe I'm wrong.
