(Dead) Shrubs

Shrubs would be the tall variant for bush. (or the other way around ??). Dead shrubs would be the dried variant of shrubs, and tall variant of dead bush. That means dead bushes would be the dried variant of bushes. This means Dead shrubs would be the tall dried bush, shrubs would be tall bush, dead bush would be short dried shrub, and bush would be short shrub.

    Clarification: 4 plants

    Shrub = tall bush
    +Dead/Dry shrub
    Bush = Short Shrub
    + dead/Dry bush
    but the difference between shrub and bush in real life is confusing, some might say shrub is smaller and others might say bush is smaller one. It can be the bush being the tall one and the shrub being the short one. I tried clarifying but it might be more confusing, sorry.
