Behaviour and Resource Pack Overwrite

Can you alter the feature whereby, if importing an addon that already you already have, it just says that it already exists and cancells. Instead, could it open up another menu that asks whether you want to overwrite the existing addon with the new one. This would make the storage size issues much easier. Thanks!
