"Shiny" Tools and Armor

This would be an easy and cheap way to give your stuff a little glow-up. Firstly, You'd take your tool/armor, a piece of gold, and any material(Wood, Stone, Iron, Gold, Diamond, Netherite for Tools, Leather, Iron, Chain, Gold, Diamond, and Netherite for Armor) with a smithing table. This makes your tool/armor look like it's enchanted, and is the material you put in. It's purely cosmetic, but means you could get simple Iron armor while making it seem like you have enchanted diamond armor.

There would NOT be any durability change, protection change, or anything else. It is ONLY a cosmetic change.
