Ore locater or ore locater mon

The purpose for this would make it easier to find Diemonds and I'd say I'd be pretty mid game to late game and it can only be crafted with a lodestone as well as 1 redstone, 1 gold, 1 Diamond, 1 copper, 1 Iron, 1 Quartz, and finally 1 Netherite (all materials are in nots if they can be) and with that you get a ore locater! How it would work is you would ether place it or put it by the ore your looking for or it could be activated by redstone and depending it charges then you input what you want to find based on the icon then it works like a compass and points to the nearest of that ore (and if your not at the right Y level Then it will go in circles). Please consider this Minecraft, it would make so many noob or new players become better pros or make some cons who have the materials but are basically poor will become rich just like that.
