Mythical Creatures

What if creatures from legend slowly began appearing in your worlds? Things like Kelpies, Brownies, and Jackalopes don't actually possess magic, but they might just be using it behind the scenes. I think it would be really fun to have these creatures slowly start appearing more often as the game progresses. There could also be things like gryphons, satyrs, and mushroom people.
