Minecraft should add a feature in which you can earn hearts

In Vanilla Minecraft, You only have 20 hp (10 hearts). Maybe minecraft should add a feature in which you can gain hearts. For instance, every 1000 zombies you kill you get a heart item which if you right click it, you get a extra permanent heart that can regenerate itself.
