Vertical ocean biomes

Making deep ocean biomes generate under regular ocean biomes would both help to make them deeper but more realistic. This would also help to make adding deep ocean exclusive features more plausible for the future.

    Yes, the ocean is too shallow now, it doesn't feel like an ocean at all. I hope it becomes deeper and more reasonable. It would be better if matched with the updated Nautilus.
