Shearable saddles

Being able to shear off saddles or sneak click to remove saddles from pigs and striders would be greatly appreciated so that we don't have to kill them after riding them to regain our saddles.

    The nether is no fun when you killed your strider. And having to trap them in a box is annoying. And what if I'm being chased by piglins?!
