Ash

Ash piles would generate in basalt deltas and could be to craft tuff. It could also be obtained by smelting sticks or grass/ferns.

    Great idea with the crafting recipe. They could have ash as the crafting result of many plants and herbs.

    Cool idea. If you have seen the basalt deltas level in minecraft dungeons, you would know what i imagine them as. Could be like ash layers, much like snow layers. When broken with a shovel, you would get ash. Ash could also be obtained by shoveling a campfire.
