Villagers

Can there be a Police Officer job in the village so villagers can arrest players for hitting mobs and steal stuff, and can they have more health the regular villagers, secondly can villagers have AI to talk to players?

Mojang have stated that villagers are pacifists. I mean, the iron golem is like a police officer, I guess you could make it so if you open a chest in close proximity to a golem, they become hostile, this would work similar to a piglin. Though, I advise against as this would displace the thousands of players that make their homes in villages.
