25w02a: Leaf Litters in Forest Biomes should only spawn in the fall.

These biomes have been around since the start and it feels very weird that they would be populated now. Yes it does look nice, but it's always giving the "Fall" aesthetic. Just like how Pumpkins spawn on zombies and other mobs during Halloween. I suggest that these leaves only show up during the fall season in real life. It offers a reason to play in the fall and doesn't intrude on rest of the year. The leaf litters are still obtainable through smelting leaves as well.

    I agree that the leaf litters feel a bit weird in the forests because they're new, but I think tying bigger features like this to real life seasons would ruin some of the game's immersion. I think it would make the most sense to tie it to some sort of in-game seasons, but I understand that's not likely to be added soon.
