Teleport To Cursor

Teleporting to cursor currently is legitimately nauseating. Would love to add options for teleport speed, disable rotational change, and instant transition. Along with bindings like "CTRL + -" to step back based on rotation and "CTRL + =" to step forward. These changes would greatly improve camera control for editor mode.

At the very least an instant teleport and/or disable rotation change. Teleporting makes me feel sick and I'm sure I'm not the only one. Because of this I believe this is an accessibility change to editor.
