Rails Slant in the Direction Placed (Bedrock)

Issue: Rail slant appears to default South (top of slant) to North (base) when on a lower block between two rails on higher blocks. Like so: S \ N

Suggestion: Rails behave like doors when placed on a lower block, slanting upwards away from the player when placed. The angle of slant does not change when adjacent tracks are placed.

Need: Being able to choose the direction of the slant allows for more customized minecart movement.
