Add yellow Ipe trees to the colder plains

Ipe trees from South America produce stunning trumpet-shaped flowers in colors like yellow, pink, purple, or white, depending on the species. The flowers attract a variety of pollinators, including bees... and hummingbirds. The ipe is a symbol of resilience and strength in some regions, widely admired because they thrive in harsh conditions where soil is poor, temperatures are cold, and shade is minimal. The wood is a mix of dark brown and red, like a baby between mangrove and dark oak. Why Minecraft? I've noticed that you guys are trying to branch out of generic tree types (with the new Cherry Blossom trees), and the Ipe would just fit perfectly with the new wildflowers. It would bring a unique characteristic to the cold plains that makes the biome more than just noise.
