Torch arrows

When caving or in nether fortress we usually want to light the place from longer distance. So I propose that you introduce torch+arrow which will be shot by bow and to make it not a hack I think it should make half damage original arrow,burn mob really short time and damage bow twice as arrows. Sorry bad English although thanks for reading
