Allow Lodestones to crafted the old way again in addition to the new way

Lodestone should still be craftable with iron ingots, but the player should be able to use netherite ingots to craft lodestones again. To make this change useful, lodestones will have a certain radius depending on ingot type:

• Iron ingot used in crafting: 500 block range for lodestones
• Netherite ingot used in crafting: Unlimited block range for lodestones, as long as the corresponding lodestone compass is in the same dimension as its linked lodestone

  The player could also use an iron block instead of an iron ingot to craft a lodestone. The lodestone range would be 5000 blocks.

  There is no radius, why would you it to be nerfed!?!
