Breezes should spawn in windswept biomes

Since windswept biomes (Windswept Hills, Windswept Gravelly Hills, Savanna and Forest) are already chaotic and have a name which suggests the terrain has been subject to wind storms, it would make sense if breezes spawn there rarely during night or thunderstorms, further adding to the chaos.
These breezes might be weaker than the ones you find in a Trial Chamber since they are just to spice up the biome and not really make it much more challenging. Perhaps they only have 20 HP instead of 30 and maybe their wind charges would not activate redstone. This also gives the player a way to get wind charges without going to the trial chamber and having to wait for the trial spawners' cooldowns.

    Yes we need a biome were breezes spawn naturally

    I agree that the Breeze should spawn in a "windy" biome like how Blazes spawn in a fiery one, but I disagree that they should spawn naturally. I think both mobs should spawn within a structure and biome that relates to their elemental traits. Similar to how the Blaze lives in a fiery dimension in a dedicated structure, I think the Breeze would be a lot more fitting in a structure on floating islands in the Overworld, or even a new dimension entirely composed of floating islands, like the Aether. Since both the Breeze and Blaze are "elemental mobs", I think they both should have a lot in common like this.
