The uninstall button

have you ever been on bedrock edition and want to play on a server but you've downloaded too much stuff to join? well my idea is that after you download something on the marketplace (worlds, add-ons, or skin packs) you get the option to uninstall it so you have more free space! (once clicked it will put you at the state where you bought it, but didn't download it.) and any world with uninstalled packs will be in stasis, and if you reinstall packs used in worlds made, they can be accessed by pressing "sync old worlds" on the play menu.

    the only thing is what if it is already on a world would it delete the world or maby corrupt the world and delete the blocks in the world that is part of the pack

     

    good idea just this is one thing i am scared about

         I like this, but I agree with the first comment, what if you uninstall a pack and there is a world that has that pack? Will the world be deleted or corrupted? Plus, I don't have a problem with too little free space left, my PC is pretty good (not like those crazy gaming computers LOL).

    P.S. (from the poster) any world with packs uninstalled will be in stasis where if reinstall the pack used, the world will stay untouched (this post was more directed off of experience with my Nintendo switch.)

    If you delete an addon which is used in a world, block contained in the addon will just be replaced by a block with the texture of dirt and a "?" symbol, if after you redownload the addon, blocks will be replaced but items will disapear so there is no risks of corruption.
