Bedrock Slow Health Regen

Health regen in bedrock is very slow and you need to have almost full hunger to regen even anything. This needs to be fixed.

    in ultra hardcore no natural regen in multiplayer what if you have to stay in bed while others protect you because if you get out of bed you're no longer healing. and people would have to alternate to stay safe.
