Right-clicking Snow-covered Dirt with a Shovel to Create a Path

When you right-click snow atop dirt with a shovel, it should instantly remove the snow and dig a dirt path beneath, making it easier to create paths in snowy areas; as opposed to mining each block of snow individually, and then pathing it afterwards. This would be especially useful for faster shovels, because currently it is too easy to accidentally mine extra blocks while trying to make a path through a snowy biome and too time-consuming to do so.
