Enchantments (Magic dust + lapis) to selected another parameter

Enchantments system, where you needs a magic dust to select the enchantments, lapis needs to enchantment level.

Magic dust can be get from a magic flower with a magic scraper.

Magic dust can be placed (is simillar to redstone block), and can give a redstone signal under the conditions listed below (magic staff).

From magic dust (and some ingredients) can be crafted magic staff. Magic staff can be used to give a redstone signal with magic dust, when player holding the magic staff and viewing to magic dust.
