Pets can Chunk Load

Sitting pets should load a chunk they are in or a ticking area making an easier chunk loader, and it makes sense like making your pets watch over something rather than an ender pearl (idk how that works, ender pearl stasis doesn't work on bedrock where i play).

Far away standing pets can teleport to owner players and are not lost while transporting.
