Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

New Enchanted Book

The new enchanted book could be enchanted to give off light on anything that it’s applied to. There could be different levels of brightness, but if that would be too difficult to code, there could be just one level like with some other enchanted book effects. It would save time from having to place torches everywhere while mining since most people wear their armor while mining anyways. It wouldn’t affect mob spawn rates and would just help with visibility. It can only be applied to the different types of armor. This is just a helpful idea and I understand if it will not work with the game. Best wishes, Mojang, thank you for reading.
