Trident Buff

I feel like tridents are really rare for their kinda meh power, especially if you don't go with riptide. So it would be nice if the Channeling enchant worked in rain(as opposed to only thunderstorms) and Loyalty also allowed it to do damage on the return as it flies throug the air (levels I, II, and III would increase the damage 33.3% each, with III being the same damage as a fully charged crit). That would make it a really nice assisting weapon, and add a new mechanic that would make the weapon interesting again.
